During the Ivy Tech assessment process, we can measure where your skills are currently at in several different ways, including ACT, SAT or PSAT scores, high school GPA, previous college credit you’ve earned, or through the use of an assessment tool.
Can you get into Ivy Tech with a 2.0 GPA?
To remain in good academic standing at the College, students must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0. If a student maintains a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher, the student is in good standing and free to enroll each semester/term.

What happens if you fail a class at Ivy Tech?
