The local Lech Zürs ski area on its own has some fantastic skiing with plenty of interesting runs to entertain you. However, investment in the ski infrastructure means the whole of the Arlberg ski area (including St. Anton, Zürs, Warth and Schröcken) is now connected via a series of fast gondolas.
Is Lech good for beginners?
Both Lech and Oberlech have excellent beginners slopes and also plenty of easy runs to progress to up the mountain, but beware of the main blue between Oberlech and Lech which is uncomfortably steep for near beginners.
